Came here for an emergency procedure to remove foreign object from my daughter's throat. Chose pcmc instead of my preferred go to KPJ Tawakal (easy to reach from my house) considering its state of the art facilities and availability of doctors if one is not around to attend emergency case. I was relieved that pcmc was able to conduct urgent OT procedure with full ppe pending covid19 pcr result. Spent overnight at the paed's ward and discharged the next day. My sincere gratitude goes to Dr Anura ENT, Dr Vivien MO, Dr Azmil anaes, nurses and all the staff involved for their good service and job well done. For record, I was here too the last 13 yrs since my eldest being among the early inpatient for quite a long stay. What I remember the most was the pleasant experience I had with the staff and so do now. Pcmc has come a long way to where it is today. I prefer to come here if I need options for doctors as they hv many with specific background and specialization.

1 star for emergency nurses/doctors that are insensitive of trying to get my daughter’s arteries for more than 17 times from 9pm i arrived at the Emergency section until 6am not successful, excuses that doctors informed me they cant find it because she was in the room that’s very cold even me and my wife also cant take it. We got a temporary room at 6am then only the Doctor Specialist (Dr.Azmil) came and informed us to stay in the room while He will bring my daughter to other room for the needle process. I just hate it when the doctors/nurses at the Emergency section made my daughter like a practice/experiment tool doing the needle process like she’s a toy. Overall service, expensive from the name. Not the service
