My son, who is seven years old, recently had his tonsils removed at KPJ Kuching Specialist Hospital, and I can't recommend the team enough. We first consulted with Dr. Sim Hui Ling (General Paediatrics), who was excellent. She patiently counselled my wife and me, explaining our son's condition and the need for the procedure in a way we could easily understand. The surgery itself was handled by Dr. David Sylvester Ling (ENT) and Dr. Chen Chee Kean (Anesthesiologist & Pain Management). Both doctors were professional and skilled, and we felt confident that our son was in the best hands. The care didn't stop there. The nurses at the Level 6 Paediatric Ward were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive and kind, meticulously administering his medications and monitoring his progress. They also took the time to educate my family on how to care for our son at home after his discharge, which made us feel much more prepared and at ease. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding care and support. We are truly grateful.

Detailed service and structured processes from the moment we entered the building from professional and warm hearted nurses- namely Ms Rose, Ms Sheela and Ms Connie. We were looking for Dr Chen, experienced, truthful and very solution oriented.

I’m very happy with the hospitality at the maternity ward. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The nurses were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Chen Chee Kean for his outstanding consultation and treatment for my back pain. His care and professionalism were truly reassuring.
