I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the medical team in SMC for a splendid team work. Ive been admitted twice in 3 months with a same Drs who treated me 1. Dr Thanges 2. Dr Murali 3. Dr Tan KN They are very hardworking, friendly and dedicated in their work. Always giving helpful tips etc and so close to patient esp Dr Thanges and Dr Tan KN. They practically live in the hosp i guess everyday from 7am to up to midnight. To the physio team, Miss Naz (i hope i get her name right) and other ppls who i didnt catch up their name so thankful for them to ‘forcing’ me to get out from the bed. They very helpful and also hardworking. To staffs nurses some are very good and some give side eyes sometimes hahahaha. They also shortsruffed and sometimes quite overwhelmed with works in the ward. I gave 4/5 because the discharge almost took 2 hours plus waiting to pay the admin and to get the medicine. I can see the pharmacist so struggle running around from tower A to tower C to deliver the medicine as there were 3 other patients discharged same time. I hope the management of SMC would increase the manpower of nurses in the ward and pharmacists during weekend. Ther ward also 2c and 2d also feels like 2nd class in goverment the building quite old. Hope they can refurbish soon. Ouh the toilets also old and the ventilation not good. Overall thank you so much for the service
