Very bad experience requesting Medical Report here. The medical report department has no urgency to ensure the patient get the report requestes while the fees is very high. Even got processing fee while other private hospital dont have this. The PIC doesnt have email/phone to communicate with the Doctor and wait the Doctor to come to the clinic. If the Doctor dont have patient schedule for appointment, then the Doctor dont come, and the PIC blur, dont know what to do. The specific Doctor I requested the report is Prof Ahmad Syadi. I try called PPUM some more to get hold of the Doctor, luckily the PIC there is much more helpful than those in UMSC. I cannot believe private hospital can have this lousy service.
