Disappointed by Poor Appointment Management – Forgotten Pediatrician Appointment I am extremely disappointed with the service at Developmental Pediatrican Clinic, particularly regarding the handling of our appointment with Dr. Ranjini, a developmental pediatrician. We had been given an appointment date of 28th June2025 scheduled a year in advance by the clinic itself last year in 2024 at Dr Ranjini's clinic. However, upon following up, we were shocked to learn that there were no records of our appointment in their system. This kind of administrative negligence is unacceptable, especially when it concerns appointments made so far in advance and involving specialists like developmental pediatricians, where waiting lists are already long and critical time is lost. No family should have to go through this — planning around a long-awaited consultation, only to be told it was never recorded. We trusted the hospital’s scheduling process and feel deeply let down by the lack of accountability. I hope Prince Court improves their appointment tracking system and takes responsibility for such oversights in the future. Families dealing with developmental concerns deserve better.
