Bad experience in this hospital! 1. Receptionist provide wrong information on Pediatrics doctor working hour! -Called at 8.06pm for Pediatrics doctor, receptionist told was until 9pm, so we rush all the way to the hospital and arrived at 8.30pm. Upon arrived, then told us Pediatrics doctor is until 8.30pm only. 2. Emergency department doctor is not professional! -Due to above, no choice only can look for Emergency doctor because our baby body was reddish and itchy. Doctor on duty that time was Dr Hu. Many question this Dr cannot answer, and just tell my baby condition is caused by formula milk without any checking or reason. Then keep told us it's done to chase us out. Such service cost us RM137 and RM100 is consultation fee. Answer that we got is change formula milk. This is too costly and not professional!!!

The best service hospital in Johor. The best teams of doctors here especially Dr Koh Teck Wai, the Paediatric. He is very friendly, talented and caring doctor. He always make sure all his patient is ok, Amazing, wonderful, helpful and caring doctor and nurses in A & E too. My kids was cared and treated well during the stay in regency. Thanks Dr Patrick cheah And Dr Ong Wee Yit for the fast arrangement of ambulance. Million thanks for everything.
