My stay in Ward 4B Room 453(6–10 December) was marked by kindness and attentive care. The nursing team consistently treated me with dignity, patience, and empathy. I also wish to thank Prof. Dato’ Dr. Shahrudin for his steady reassurance and skillful hands. I left the ward feeling cared for as a patient and respected as a person.
