Alhamdulillah, this is my second time being warded at Columbia Asia Balakong. This time in the New Wing MD5. Previously, I was in the old wing… I am very satisfied with the service and care from the initial registration at the Emergency Department until the completion of treatment. The counter staff were very helpful and friendly, the nurses were very kind and gentle in their care and always ensured I was doing well. Thank you so much Dr. Lisa… you explained my illness and the procedure in the OT very WELL… The process of using the medical card was also very easy and fast. Thank you Alia AIA… Thank you AIA for the fast GL process. Thank you Nurse Azlina at the ER…👍🌺 Thank you Nurse Dayang, Nik Hanisah, and several other nurses in MD5 🩷🩷 The hospital is clean, comfortable, and not too crowded. Overall, it was a very good experience. Highly recommended 👍

A big thank you to Dr. Lisa (my O&G doctor), the nurses, and the other doctors (Dr. Collins, Dr. Tan, Dr. Mastura and Dr. Kenneth) who cared for me during my labor. I really struggled with the pain and felt very overwhelmed, but everyone was so patient, calm, and understanding throughout the whole process. Dr. Lisa was very reassuring and professional, and her stitching skills were excellent. She was gentle and precise, which made me feel much more at ease. The nurses were incredibly supportive and encouraging, and the doctors were also attentive and caring. I’m truly grateful for the kindness and dedication shown to me and my baby during such an important moment in my life.
