I had such a wonderful experience throughout my pregnancy and delivery journey under the care of Dr. Lisa. From my prenatal check-ups all the way to delivery, everything went so smoothly and professionally. Dr. Lisa was attentive, reassuring, and truly caring throughout the entire process. The overall hospitality at the hospital was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The MD5 nurse team was incredibly caring, patient, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more pleasant and stress-free. I was also impressed with the food choices provided — delicious and very confinement-friendly. Thank you to Dr. Lisa, the MD5 nurse team, and the entire hospital staff for making this such a positive and memorable experience for me and my baby. Highly recommended!

Alhamdulillah, this is my second time being warded at Columbia Asia Balakong. This time in the New Wing MD5. Previously, I was in the old wing… I am very satisfied with the service and care from the initial registration at the Emergency Department until the completion of treatment. The counter staff were very helpful and friendly, the nurses were very kind and gentle in their care and always ensured I was doing well. Thank you so much Dr. Lisa… you explained my illness and the procedure in the OT very WELL… The process of using the medical card was also very easy and fast. Thank you Alia AIA… Thank you AIA for the fast GL process. Thank you Nurse Azlina at the ER…👍🌺 Thank you Nurse Dayang, Nik Hanisah, and several other nurses in MD5 🩷🩷 The hospital is clean, comfortable, and not too crowded.
