Personally i had an amazing experience with Gleneagles KK as a foreigner during my entire pregnancy (even though I had to return home for birth to be close to family). The staff was always friendly and assisted me for every need, even after my pregnancy I needed to see a different doctor I could always contact the staff, particularly Fenny at Dr Gavin's office and she helped me with everything. I can highly recommend.

It was a wonderful experience the minute I walked into the reception. I almost forgot I was not feeling well. A warm welcoming smile from Alif with his assistance made my admission hassle-free. I knew from there that I would be well cared for by all the professionals and specialists. Special shoutout to my doctor, Dr Gavin !

My husband and I would like to thanks to Dr Gavin, Fenny, and all the maternity /nursery staff & labour room / OT staff for the best delivery experience during my hospitalisation in Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received here, with a friendly and caring gesture from the doctor and nurses, makes me feel less anxious during the delivery process. Had a smooth & great experience during my clinic visits to Dr Gavin for my antenatal/postnatal review. I always felt comfortable during scans and never hesitant to ask any questions regarding my treatment. Dr Gavin is very considerate! Wonderful clinic nurse Ms. Fenny never failed to greet patients warmly, including myself. She gave great assistance to me in appointment arrangement & also attended my inquiries in a timely manner!

Dr. Gavin is really amazing. As a foreigner, seeing a doctor in a foreign country is not an easy task. His Mandarin is excellent and very considerate. The examinations went smoothly, and his medical skills are outstanding. Support!
