Associate Professor Dr. Anwar Suhaimi is a distinguished Consultant Rehabilitation Physician with a strong foundation in both local and international medical training. After completing his undergraduate and postgraduate medical education at Universiti Malaya, he pursued advanced training at renowned rehabilitation centers in Australia and Turkey, gaining valuable international expertise. A trailblazer in his field, Dr. Anwar spearheaded the development of Musculoskeletal and Pain Rehabilitation services in Malaysia. Dr. Anwar is the first physiatrist in Malaysia to be a Certified Interventional Pain Sonologist (CIPS) by the esteemed World Institute of Pain, showcasing his high level of specialization in managing complex pain conditions through minimally invasive techniques. His areas of expertise are extensive and include cardiac rehabilitation, digital health, back and neck pain, and regenerative therapies.
