Avoid this hospital at all cost!! I had to go this hosp as it’s the nearest to my home for my baby’s febrile seizure. She was taken care in ED then as she left the ED to the ward, she vomited. Surprisingly rather than attend to my baby the nurse , Nurse Nur did some cat walk to get yellow bag! Thankfully I’m a medical professional myself and managed it well! Imagine is she aspirated! Next, they placed us in 4 bedded room as it’s nearer to the nurse’s counter. The room was so humid and my baby was kept sweating and unable to sleep. I had to ask the nurse to switch on the AC several times but no to avail! The morning shift nurses pissed us off totally with the rudeness! They don’t like when you know what they’re doing and question them to clarify! They don’t like when you want to know what and when medication will be administered! We requested for single bedded room and was told that we only can get it at night as the discharge process will only can be settled by night? What nonsense is this!! We told them let’s wait for 2 hours to see if the discharge process can be completed other wise we prefer to AOR discharge but 1/2 hr later they walked with the AOR discharge slip! When I asked about the room, they said it won’t be ready till night! I’m ashamed to see such nurses working and tarnishing the name of the hospital The only good experience was with Dr Johan the pediatrician who treated us emphatically! Thanks Dr! Anyway JCI accredited yeah??! I wonder how that happened!

Thank you very much to Dr. Johan and the paediatric ward's staff for taking very good care of my baby. Not to forget billing staff, physiotherapists, cleaners, pharmacy staff, dietitians, Emergency staff (doctor, medical assistant, care assistant) and others for their excellent services. Keep up the good work!

Nice hype after they renovate their room… food wise much improve… paediatric staff nurse so friendly and happy go lucky… attentive when needed especially i am taking care of my children alone… my son feel pleased with them… dr johan d best… room cleanliness tip top

Big thanks to Dr. Johan! He’s treating my son Firas at KPJ for his tonsils and honestly, we couldn’t ask for a better doctor. Super kind, patient, and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. My son feels really comfortable with him, which means a lot to us as parents. Truly appreciate his care 🙏
