Wentt to see Dr Rafiq, explained everything very clearly. Nurse Farhana was very helpful and even recognised me when I came to register. The environment here is quite cozy. Most of the staff are friendly and approachable, which makes me feel less awkward to ask questions. Been warded here for the second time, and their service is truly top tier, nothing less to say. This may become my favourite hospital compared to other private hospitals out there but emm hope they can continue providing the excellent care they do now, while making small improvements such as the one mentioned above for an even better patient experience, thenssg
