I was unwell and felt apprehensive about coming to the emergency department, even though I had a referral from the clinic. However, I was treated very well. Dr. Siti attended to me from yesterday until today and was very concerned and patient in listening to my concerns and providing options. The nurses’ service and the customer service office were also very good — there has been so much improvement. I chose this hospital because this is my second time being admitted here after eight years. Good job! I have been admitted to the hospital since Monday and currently staying in Bed 443B. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to all the nurses here—truly, they are God’s gift to us. Their care, patience, and dedication have made a huge difference in my recovery journey. A special thanks to Nurses Lalitha, Md Faris, Anuratha, and Hidayah, who took care of me today (5 June 2025). Their kindness and concern touched my heart. The nurses who cared for me over the past few days were also wonderful, though I regret not noting down all their names. Please extend my heartfelt gratitude to them as well.
