The best hospital I ever been so far. Professionally trained nurses and knowledgeable doctors. I was admitted for my relapsed back pain due to slipped disc. And my doctor Prof Dr Badrishah suggested the radio frequency procedure and I am coping well with it Alhamdulillah. And I would like to thank fellow nurses at general ward 14A especially dedicated to Syahmi, for his dedication and rich in smile assuring everything will be alright. All in all, I am recommending MSU Medical Center for their professionalism. Yes some nurses are fresh graduates but they are well trained to attend to your needs while staying here. Thank you MSU Medical Center.

The customer service at MSU Medical Centre is excellent. Especially Rini, a staff member at MSU Medical Centre, was extremely helpful and very friendly. The nursing staff also provided very warm and comfortable service. The doctors also worked diligently to help their patients recover: Prof. Dr. Bad, Dr. Neeza, Dr. Azhar, Dr. Azmi. The process at the Emergency Department was also very fast with the cooperation of the staff. The rooms were very comfortable with good facilities. The reason for this comfort is the presence of many Malay staff.

Great service by the whole team, did an operation to solve some spine/disc problem with Dr. Badrisyah (neurosurgeon). Now undergoing recovery and rehab. He is able to explain all the issues very clearly and suggest the best possible methods to fix the issues accordingly. The nurses were very attentive and nice too. Will definitely consider to return again if there's any issues in the future. Highly recommended.
