Very clean and well-organized hospital. The Dr Sudha's clinic staff Kharmila was polite/attentive/helpful/keep reminding me on my appointmentand the doctors explained everything clearly. Lab staff were gentle and professional.Had a smooth and comfortable experience.

I applaud their doctors, nurses, admin staff and security staff. Thanks to all staff in the ICU, ER and Haemodialysis center. Special thanks to Dr Ruben and Dr Sudha who is always attentive and provides excellent medical advice and treatment. However, KPJ needs to improve their flow of traffic especially at the new lobby. It is chaotic! There is only so much the security can do to ease the situation. KPJ should utilise the old entrance to reduce the haphazard flow of cars. Maybe, one wing can be used for dropping off patients and the other for picking up. Not sure whether it is possible. Proper study needs to be done. I have seen the CEO doing this walkabout, perhaps he should observe the incoming and outgoing flow of traffic. I am sure his staff may have some excellent ideas to help the current situation

Recovering in KPJ seremban is one of the best option.. you get good service and treatment by experience doc. Mine was Doctor Sudha. many thanks to him and also serve with good meal to have energy in recuperating. Miss Asna from the dietary departmnt, thank you for helping me choose good food that suit my taste buds. Overall, choosing to heal at KPJ Seremban is a good choice. Very recommended..
