I was hospitalized for 5 days due to acute bronchitis. From the moment I arrived at the emergency, the nurse takes care of everything. As I could not speak much due to having difficulty to breath, they treated me though I have not managed to get my GL from insurance yet. The doctor at emergency keep follow up on my condition until I get a room. There is waiting time as room are full but I was kept comfortable and treated well in emergency I stayed at Ward5B, the nicest nurses and most professional that I have experienced as this is not my first time staying at Specialist Hospital. The room & amenities are good, very clean. Even the food taste good and the cleaner are very polite. At night I should see a nice KL panorama/lights. Thanks to Dr. Daniel Lee and all the nurses for your excellent service. I would give 5 Star + for my experience here and surely will recommend to my friends & relatives.

First of all, Dr Daniel Lee is one the most humble, professional, welcoming, and caring doctors we’ve ever worked with. 6 out of 5 stars will be rated for the doctor. But the hospital is a total disappointment. The staff and nurses are grumpy most of the time. Probably only seen 2 front deskers smile throughout since we arrived at the hospital, went through consultation, admission, COVID testing, and room boarding. When we brought our wheelchair patient in from the main entrance, the personnel stationed at the main entrance didn’t even bothered bringing a wheelchair over until requested for it despite seeing the patient having difficulties exiting the car, and even after bringing the wheelchair over, immediately left and nowhere to be found rather than offering assistance in getting the patient out of the car and onto the wheelchair. This is the complete opposite of our experience at Sunway Medical Velocity where every visit we’ve been there, the security guards always offered wheelchairs and assistance in helping the patient. Next bad experience was having a so called Dietician come to advise on food intake when all she did was simply asked “should we arrange for purée or porridge?”. No questions asked about the patient’s condition, what is suitable, what to do about future needs, suggestions and or advice. Ridiculous. The dietician felt more like a caterer rather. Another experience was when we asked the ward nurse if we could have some plates and cutleries. We were given an outright, “we don’t have any”. No effort made to accommodate, no effort made to ask why, no effort made to provide alternatives. Followed my question with “anything in the pantry we can use as plates or cutleries?” Nurse: “don’t have.” Myself: “really none at all anywhere?” Nurse: “don’t have.” Myself: “can you request from catering for it?” Nurse: “unlikely they will give.” Myself: “can you at least try?” Nurse: “ok I try.” (Unwillingly, probably didn’t even try) I always had an impression that Prince Court Medical Centre is THE hospital. It’s the most premium, 5-star hospital with 5-star service and facilities. Which is why I thought of coming here instead of the usual Sunway Medical. Boy am I far from wrong. This place, except for their doctors, is nothing but a facade. Enormous amount of money spent on the decor but nothing invested in the training and managing of its people. Absolute disappointment. Will be returning to Sunway Medical and never again coming back here. For those who had their only medical experience in Prince court, I HIGHLY SUGGEST trying any other hospitals to see how they compare. People always say “you get what you paid for”. Not here. Not in Prince Court. Prince Court is a complete and utter disgrace to their so called brand image they’ve cooked up.
