I would like to express my deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Teo Boon Fu, who delivered our baby, and Dr. Tee Ah Cheng, our paediatrician, as well as all the doctors and nurses involved in my wife’s delivery and recovery at Mahkota Medical Centre from 12 December 2025 to 14 December 2025. This journey was filled with both excitement and anxiety for us as new parents, but the care we received truly made all the difference. We are especially touched by the kindness, patience, and dedication shown by the nurses in Ward 6B and the Nursery. Their gentle guidance, constant reassurance, and willingness to teach and help gave us immense confidence and comfort during such a meaningful moment in our lives. It is hard to imagine how overwhelming this experience could have been without the compassion and professionalism of every member of the team. Your care not only supported my wife’s recovery but also gave us peace of mind as parents welcoming our baby into the world. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your commitment, passion, and humanity. We will always remember the warmth and care we received during this special time. We would also like to share two minor areas for possible improvement. The first relates to the food, where we feel there is room for improvement in terms of preparation and texture consistency. Some dishes, such as fish and chips, were already soft and soggy even when served hot, giving the impression that the food may have been reheated or prepared too far in advance. Reviewing the cooking methods or timing of preparation may help enhance freshness and overall dining experience. The second relates to the lift service, which can be quite congested during the morning hours (approximately 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.), making travel from Floor G to Floor 6 somewhat challenging. Aside from these two points, our overall experience met, and in many ways exceeded our expectations.

Alhamdulillah... Entered the ward quickly, I went in with 3 children.. upon arrival at the emergency, the Dr. checked, and than checked the blood, all won the best.. the best management went down to the field because they said it was quite rare to be warded as siblings.. Fara and Arif from the marketing department came down to visit the children and they were ready to give gifts to the children. Good service, good service to all of us.. thank you so much... Actually, the children, if they enter here, it's easy (AIA insurance is the fastest GL approve) thank you so much Dr. Tee Ah Cheng.. the nurses are great.. Thank you so much overall, the best hospital MCC, very fast service.
