From the very beginning, Ms. Ariana at the registration counter was highly professional and ensured a fast and smooth admission process. In the Emergency Department, Dr. Fikri and the entire team treated my mother with kindness and professionalism, handling everything with great care and compassion. Special thanks to Dr. Naveen for his attentive and professional treatment—his reassuring approach made a real difference in my mother's recovery. We are truly grateful. The MD1 and OGDS ward staff were also wonderful—kind, attentive, and always ready to help.
