Admitted my daughter here due to high fever and caughing. Services provided was very fast and efficient, thanks to Dr Goh ( paed) and nurses in B2 ward. Really appreciate all the assistance we had received in Pantai Ampang hospital.

I visited the specialist center because my child had a high fever and cough. A deposit of RM 300 was required for the treatment. After submitting the deposit, I was able to see a general pediatrician. Dr. Goh was kind and gave me detailed treatment. He explained that my child was suspected of having pneumonia and needed to be hospitalized, so we went to the emergency room to get admitted. In the emergency room, if you don’t have Malaysian insurance, you need to pay a deposit of RM 3,000 for hospitalization. There are single, double, and quadruple rooms, and we stayed in a double room for 3 days. The ward facilities were like a 3rd-grade hotel, and we could choose hospital food with QR. However, the double and quadruple rooms only had chairs for the guardians, and there were no folding beds, so it was inconvenient to take care of the child at night. If the guardian needs to be present, I recommend a single room. The ward provided comfortable care, and the nurse responded quickly when called. Dr. Goh visited us on Sundays as well, as he often made rounds. I was impressed by his meticulous care and felt his warmth. My child's bacterial pneumonia recovered quickly and was discharged quickly thanks to his proper treatment. If your child needs to see a pediatrician at this hospital, I recommend Dr. Goh.
