I've been there for operation 3 times. Dr Shir Li (General Surgeon) and Dr. Vijay (Gynaecologist) were very responsive and ensure that all my questions are answered. They work with me to address my health concerns rather than just telling me what to do. Before operation, they explained in details patiently and truly cared about me. My father has hand pain and I brought him to KPJ Klang to get consultation from Dr. Wong (Orthopaedic Surgeon). He was nice and takes his time with my father to listen to what my father told him very patiently. Doctor's clinic assistant also very polite and respectful. Kak Linda, Kak Ila and sis Jothi! I love to talk to them. I really appreciate and thankful to all they've done 👍. Thank you so much doctors, clinic assistants and KPJ staffs 💝

16/2/2024 I underwent ACL surgery and spinal RFA. Afterwards, when I tried to get up to go to the toilet, and then to stand up from the toilet bowl, my knee made a 'POP' sound. The next morning, the nurse came for rounds and asked me, 'Did the POP sound hurt?' Of course, I was in pain. When I asked for help from the nurse to enter the room, she made a face that I found unpleasant to see. I didn't come to the hospital for fun; I was admitted due to my pain under Dr. Yazid. To be honest, I've met several doctors at KPJ Klang: Dr. Asmah and Dr. Jee Shirli. The service from the doctors and CA was excellent. Praise should be given to these three doctor's assistants. Im staying in Surgical ward so far so good nurses treating me well. De anand good explanation on anaesthesia. Dr jamuna and dr shir li jer is nice and treatment is good ad well. Enjoy my stay here.

Dr Jee Shir Li did a wonderful job on our girl who was diagnosed with inflamed appendicitis. Trained in laparoscopic surgery, she did a good and clean surgery. She also took the time to explain all the procedures before and after the surgery. Nurses from ward 552 and the Maternity ward, were kind and did perform their duties well, adhering to Covid SOP's.
