Followed up for my third pregnancy with Dr Imelda Balchin. The service and care provided were outstanding. The appointments were managed efficiently by the friendly clinic assistant, Ms Afiqah. Dr Imelda made sure her patient understand all options & risk involved. She gave a thorough explanation for each of the option and counselled accordingly. The delivery process was smooth, she handled unexpected situation very professionally. The hospital room was clean and comfortable. All nursing staff are so helpful and competent. All in all, a very pleasant experience of maternity care in this hospital.

After my psychiatrist Dr Nur Run Hussein resigned, I received a phone call to say that she had extended my prescription by an additional 2 months prior to her resignation. I went to collect it from the hospital. After one hour of back and forth conversations, the staff said that I could not collect it, because she was not there to approve it. The emergency medical officer was only able to approve one month’s worth of medication, which means I now need to book an appointment with the new specialist and pay additional fees. I asked why, then, did I receive a phone call saying that I had been given a two-month prescription. The staff could not provide an answer. I am really disappointed with this service and I wonder if all other patients were left in the lurch.

recently i had operation , broken fibula & tibia , done by very good dr robert & anaesthetist dr helmi , i ws expect after operation will be hurt, but i was suprise is very minimal pain , thanks a lot to ot nurses , ward ortho nurses , thank you for very good service , i had good treatmnt here 🥰
