My experience with sunway medical has been a smooth and pleasant one until I met Dr. Tan Guan Hee. Always came an hour plus earlier before my scheduled appointment and was told by the nurse that I was the last patient. I came to see dr Tan twice and always am the last person when I was told that I’m the first to see him. Anyways, Dr doesn’t have an allocated time for each patient and always have to wait for very long for the patient to be out from his room. Overall, bad experience with this Dr. Will never be back to see him.

Dr Tan Guan Hee - Urology. NOT RECOMMENDED. The overall experience is quite bad. The way how the doctor talk to me it’s jus made me feel like he is in the rush. He didn’t even make eye contact with me for the whole consultation. The doctor asked me to go a lot of test without explain the details to me which makes me feel like he just need money.
