I would like to highlight the need for improvement in your service, particularly at Registration Counter 1. The staff there were noticeably unfriendly and dismissive. In fact, I’ve had more courteous experiences at government hospitals. When my husband inquired about the current bill, the response was unwelcoming, as though we were being a bother. Please remember, we are paying for these services — they are not free. It may be beneficial to consider sending the staff for refresher training in customer service and communication. I also encountered one nurse and dietary aide(guy) who displayed a similar attitude, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. My son was admitted for treatment, but the experience left us feeling like we should request an early discharge and seek care elsewhere. This was our first visit here — and unfortunately, it will also be our last. On a positive note, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Wong for being incredibly humble, professional, and compassionate. I also deeply appreciate the few nurses who treated us with kindness and patience.
