It’s my third time being warded at this hospital, but this time felt different—in the best way. I finally received the right treatment from the right doctors. Dr. Khairullah (ENT) treated my sinusitis with care and made sure all my concerns were answered. Dr. Joyce Pauline (Neuro) was so warm and truly listened to my symptoms—her kindness meant a lot. Dr. Arif (Anesthesiologist) helped calm my nerves and stayed kind before, during, and after the procedure. The nurses and health assistants in Ward 2 were also really sweet and attentive. Grateful for the care I received this time around. For improvement, I hope the hospital can increase the availability of single rooms. When single beds aren’t available, patients are placed in shared rooms—and sometimes it’s difficult to rest properly when other patients are loud or not considerate.

Throughout my treatment in the ward, I was very satisfied with the service provided by ward 1A nurses Dandelion and Dr. Narisa, Dr. Joyce and Dr. Deviga. The ward environment was clean, the food was satisfying and the staff were always helpful when needed. Thank you Aurelius Hospital.
