I have been accompanying my cancer stricken (bone mathestheses) wife for her montly treatment protocol since early March 2019. She couldnt walk and was almost bedridden then when i started the treatment in Beacon. Today miraculously she keeps going for the treatment on her own without my assistance after her treatment at Beacon Hospital. I wish to sincerely express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Beacon Hospital and i wish to sincerely commend Beacon Hospital, the Slecialists/Doctors (Oncologists) Dato' Dr.Ibrahim, the tireless Nurses (Malinder, Agila, Saradha and all other staffs for their excellent service and who made it possible for my wife to be comfortably on her feet again and resume her normal everyday life. I also wish to thank the staffs of the Billing Department especially Ms.Suganthi, Ms.Megala and the Pharmacy staff who were ever ready always and extremely helpful to us and not forgetting Ms.Wong, Ms.Margaret who was so kind and helpful too and all other staffs whom i have missed out their names I will not hesitate to recommend everyone out there looking for medical and specialist treatment please have Beacon Hospital in mind for the excellent, treatment facilities, service & hospitality. The environment is very pleasant and comforting and you will be served by the very pleasant, helpful and hospitable staffs of the Hospital.

Hi 👋 My name is Siti Asiah. I just had a Early Stage 1cm cancer cell removal on Thursday 16/2/2023 by Datuk Dr Dev which is my assigned Dr & surgeon involved The procedure went well & now recovering well. Datuk Dr Dev is a very good doctor & gives very good advices on cancer & other cancer related issues. The first thing he asked me on my 1st visit to him was “Siti, when did you do your last mammogram”. I replied him that was around 10 years ago. He read my mammogram report & says it’s not good. You have a reading of “Byraid “ which is 50 50 chance of breast cancer. The cell is about 1 cm in saiz but has abnormal shape. I was advised to go for a session of Breast Ultrasound at the Imaging Unit at GF. The results are the same. Abnormal cell with high possibility of breast cancer. Went back to see Datuk Dr Dev with the breast ultrasound result. But try to be happy but not very cheerful. Try to be optimistic. Next appointment “Biopsy” with Dr Murbita. Breast Ultrasound was with her too. The result for the Biopsy was sent to Datuk Dr Dev clinic & it was confirmed as a 1cm cancer cell. I’m very grateful I booked a Mammogram test for the Breast Cancer & was detected early. The saiz was about 1 cm. So my advise to you ladies 40 years & above please book a Session Appointment for Mammogram before it’s too late. Please book your Mammogram during the Pink Oktober month - National Cancer Month.
