Warded di Avisena Women’s & Children’s emergency. Warded : 28th of May - 1st June 2025 Room : 1421 The Doctor in charge at Emergency around 5am during the time was ridiculous. He just assumed that our daughter might need to take normal medicine and continue at home. But luckily he found us a room AFTER MY WIFE RAISE HER CONCERNS FOR MY DAUGHTER. Apart from that, everything went well. It was my first time experiencing my daughter's warded. The GL process went smoothly and less than 30 minutes they brought us to a single room suitable for 2 caretakers. During warded, I’m incredibly grateful for the warm welcome and genuine kindness from Dr. S, who consulted with us calmly and nurses who’s taking care and in charge throughout the day. Simply put, we are forever thankful for handling my daughter. Dr. S , nurse in green blue maroon uniform, you know who you are. Much respect and gratefulness for what you do. The treatment plan provided at the pediatric doctor and staff was comprehensive, addressing both the immediate needs and long-term care of my kids, while ensuring a compassionate and child-friendly approach throughout the process. Big thanks to nurses that took care of my baby with love and care. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and expertise provided by Dr. Sherina.Her thorough approach, compassion, and dedication to understanding and addressing my child’s needs have made a significant difference in their treatment and recovery. I deeply appreciate the time they took to explain everything in detail and the reassurance they offered throughout the process. Truly the best service I've ever obtained!

Dr Sherina. She has my utmost respect. I love everything about her. 1st: On How she keep up with her inpatient rounds. She prioritise her inpatients. She does her rounds as early as 8.30am on weekdays. Indirectly we know when we should be expecting her in the morning and evening rounds. I think this is a basic quality a doctor should have. Being punctual and prioritising their inpatients. Over the years i have build my trust over her care and management towards patient. She has been an amazing doctor in managing children. I love how she sits with my daughter or any other patients on their bed, while slowly masaging their legs and feets. Giving them so much assurance that she is their person. She is good at giving explanation on my daughter's blood result as well. I must say, she doesn't simply start my daughter on antibiotics. She observes their vitals and gives them time to fight against whatever infection or condition they are in. By just giving supporting treatment. I admire this. She is definitely an asset to Avisena Women's and Children's Specialist Hospital. As happy and satisfied i am with her treatment,care,kindness and compassion. My daughter feels the same.
