I am very grateful for the care my child received at Aurelius Hospital. From admission to discharge, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The medical team, including the nurses and staff, were attentive, patient, and always ready to answer our questions. This gave us great reassurance during a very stressful time. A special thanks to Dato' Dr. K. Gunasaegaram, the pediatric specialist, for his professionalism, experience, and compassionate care. His clear explanations and dedication truly made a big difference in our child’s recovery and in giving us confidence as parents. Thank you so much Aurelius Hospital for the best treatment given to my niece for one week start last Tuesday (12th Nov) till Tuesday (19th Nov). Dr Guna and the rest of the doctors are always there to help. The staff nurse was very helpful too. The room is very new, clean and spaces for parents to accompany her. The food also nice especially we noticed that the food prepared with less oil. We would like to give 5 stars to this hospital and please keep up the good job. One point I would like to highlight is when the staff don’t wait for us to ask or call to do their work. Well done!! My niece was in good hands.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care and service I received at Aurelius Hospital Alor Setar. The entire experience was truly remarkable. Even though it's in Alor Setar, the service, facilities, and rooms are just as good as most private hospitals in Penang. Especially Hospital ambassador Ms Moii was very professional and helpful.
