Despite his incredibly busy schedule, he still takes time to attend to his patients, listen attentively, provide comfort and show genuine care. He made sure I was doing well every step of the way. I am extremely satisfied with how my thyroid surgery went and my collar incision was beautifully and professionally done by Tan Sri. My appreciation also goes to Shamini, who assisted me with such efficiency, patience and warmth throughout my journey. A HUGE thank you to Dr. Peggy, whose positive energy immediately eased my nervousness. I was very scared before the surgery, but her reassuring presence helped me calm down so much. Our deepest appreciation goes especially to Endocrine Surgeon Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham, not only for his exceptional expertise and vast professional experience, but also for his kind and compassionate heart, which gave my mother—and us as her family—peace of mind and comfort, easing our worries about the surgery. Despite his busy schedule, he never missed his ward visits, personally attending to patients with great care and dedication. Every time we see him we felt the warmth by his gentle smile and voice. From consultation through to the operation and recovery, every doctor, nurse, and the medical team showed remarkable warmth and attentiveness. They cared for my mother with great dedication and genuine kindness. Every face was lit with a gentle smile, making our days in the hospital reassuring and pleasant. It is worth highlighting that after the surgery, my mother experienced no pain at all. The incision was small, beautifully sutured, and a week after the operation, her recovery has been excellent. We wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude once again to the esteemed Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham, the anaesthetist Dr. Peggy Cheang, Cardiologist, ENT Specialist, GP and all the caring and professional nurses in Ward 2A.
