The interesting thing is free parking and there are some good doctors like Dr Gopy, Dr Ahmad Maujad, Dr Hanizam, Dr Rashidah and others. The most noticeable improvement is the inward food service. A lot has changed from before. Before the food was not tasty and not very palatable, now it has changed a lot and is good. One compliment is given. There are only a few issues that Oriental needs to focus on because I used to go there and send my insurance clients there. 1. The public canteen is hidden in the back and many shops are closed and the food does not taste satisfactory and interesting. 2. Slow to deposit refunds even though the insurance app has a final approved bill. 3. The wing ward is not fully opened causing beds to sometimes be full and clients get rooms that do not match their qualifications. For example, a client who qualifies for a single room was placed in a 6-bedded room which is narrow and does not have TV facilities. Others such as the ICU ward, other facilities, single rooms, double rooms are satisfactory. Nurse service is also good. Service at the counter, emergency, cleanliness and others are also the best.

This is a very reliable medical center. My mum admitted recently and was treated very well under Dr Ahmad. The manager Ms Yeevonne also extremely helpful in helping us on my mum's admissions as I were not in Melaka during that time. My parents are also seeing different specialist here and I will like to say we are very happy with all the doctors and nurses here.

I've been 3 days since Health Screening, followed by angio and stent implant. All the staf at operation room, ICU and ward are very good. The food also good and quality. The doctor (Dr Ahmad) is very good and professional, answer all my doubt and question. The only thing I'm quit disappointed is the room that I been given is single room by PM Care under executive eligibility, but been given 6 bedded and after operation, 2 bedded due to full house. Nevertheless congratulation to Oriental. Oriental is always will be my choice. Tq
