had a very good experience at UCSI. The cleaning services were excellent, especially Mrs. Rinitha Abraham, the housekeeping. She is very friendly, kind, and does her job extremely well. The room was always very clean, and I was highly satisfied with her service. I am also very thankful to the doctors who treated me, especially Dr. Jaya and Dr. Ramani. They treated me very well and provided excellent care. I am very satisfied with their treatment and kindness. I would also like to specially thank Dr. Balan, the respiratory physiotherapist. I had an asthma attack, and his treatment and care were excellent. He is very skilled, supportive, and professional. I really liked his treatment, and it helped me a lot. Overall, the hospital service is very good, professional, and pleasant. I had a great experience and truly appreciate the care and support.

The service was good, especially in physiotherapy. All staff were very kind and friendly. The food was okay. Dr. Jaya, who treated me, was excellent. I will recommend UCSI Hospital to all my friends.

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. First and foremost, I would like to express my highest appreciation and gratitude to UCSI. My two-month rehabilitation program here has been truly meaningful, progressing from being wheelchair-bound to being able to walk with crutches. Not to forget Dr. Jaya, Dr. Uma, Dr. Mala, and of course Dr. Thana for their concern towards the patients' conditions. Appreciation also goes to all the therapists (Pn. Siti, Pn. Hana, Pn. Ng, Cik Nurul) and all the department staff who assisted throughout the physiotherapy/rehabilitation sessions. For future improvements, it is suggested to provide laundry facilities for "in-patient PERKESO". Thank you.

The services at Ucsi Hospital are all good, the staff and nurses are friendly, Ms Intan also helped me a lot, thank you Dr Jaya, she explained things in an easy to understand way.

All Service from Ucsi Hospital is good. Doctor Jaya very nice to me, all nurse in ward 3B and ms Intan very friendly.. Physiotherapist mr Balan good very taking care of me.. All facilities are new and clean.. Highly recommend to a friends and family☺️☺️☺️
