I’m deeply grateful to the pediatric ward nurses and special thanks for DR.LEE HAK TEONG for their excellent care of my nephew. They were always attentive, soft-spoken, and humble in everything they did. Their genuine care and positive attitude brought comfort not only to my nephew but also to our family. 14/2/24 - 18/2/24. Thank you to the excellent pediatric specialist Dr. Lee. Thank you to all the staff on duty in Room 2051 (my 9-year-old child was admitted to this room). All categories of staff provided good service. My child received treatment with IV antibiotics. I was a little disappointed when some of the nurses on duty administered the IV antibiotics using only a syringe directly into the IV line. My child even cried from the pain. I understand the pain my child felt as I am also a healthcare professional. However, there were also very caring nurses here. Thank you to Nurse Nazatul, Nurse Dyana, and Nurse Vanagi who were very understanding of my child's situation (they administered the IV antibiotics via drip). Pantai Hospital should give recognition to these nurses for their attentiveness to pediatric patients like my child. Thank you.

We are deeply thankful to Dr. Datin Mimin, Staff Nurse Afiqah, and Staff Nurse Syafiqah for the amazing care and support throughout the delivery of our baby. From the very beginning, their warmth, professionalism, and calm presence made us feel so safe and cared for. And a special thank you to Dr. Lee Hak Teong from the paediatrics team for taking such wonderful care of our baby. Your gentle approach, thorough attention, and genuine concern gave us so much confidence and peace of mind during those first precious days.
