Highly recommend ENT specialist Dr Zul, very clear explanation and answering my questions. Admitted for 2 nights and had wonderful a smooth process from specialist clinic up till admission in the ward, CT scan, throughout the stay and discharging. Everything was very smooth and efficient. No long waits and queue. PantaiPG App is really convenient from booking and appoinment, clinic number queue, pre ordering food in the ward, bill status and etc. The foods in the ward were good and the best part was there sufficient choice of food in the menu to choose from. I would like to thank all the staff in Pantai who I cam across during my stay, the Service Ambassadors Siew Peng, Yoga, Farhana, Joejia, CSA Syahirah the ward nurses, Dr Zul’s clinic nurses (sorry I didnt manage to get ur names). I had the privilege of undergoing Sinus surgery at Pantai Hospital Penang, under the care of Dr. Zul. I must say that my experience during my stay was exceptional, particularly during my second admission when I faced severe epitaxis 3weeks after surgery. Both the Emergency and Operating Theater (OT) teams displayed utmost professionalism and efficiency, as I was swiftly taken to the OT within a remarkable 10 minutes. I am deeply grateful to Nurse Azima from the Emergency Department, who skillfully calmed me down during a moment of panic when I found myself covered in blood. Additionally, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Nurse Kanchana from the 2-bedded ward, whose attentive care made my stay at Pantai Hospital Penang an even more pleasant experience.
