Was admitted to lavender ward, and overall very good. The ward nurses and staff were all good and attentive. I love their discharge medicine process, very smooth, supply directly at ward. One pharmacist, kartini, stood out in particular, very polite, cheerful and clear in explaining my medicines. I saw the pharmacy coming to ward with a trolley giving discharge medicine bags bed by bed, very convenient. Previously admitted my mother to another hospital, we had to go down to pharmacy and wait with a queue number to collect medicines. But here very smooth and patient-friendly. The only area that could be improved is the GL approval process, which took almost 3hours like that… Lastly, Dr Kelvin is really good doctor, professional, attentive and reassuring. Overall kudos to tawakkal, compared to years back now so much better service.

Thank you Dr Kelvin (O&G) for your incredible care before, during, and after mummy's delivery. All went well. We are grateful to have Dr Syed (Neonatologist) for his upmost dedication for our child. Dr Syed has been very supportive throughout our baby's stay in nursery and has gone all out for her after discharge. We would also like to dedicate our appreciation to Lavender maternity ward and nursery nurses.
