The doctors and nurses are truly efficient and friendly. Avisena is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever visited, and it will remain my first choice for both my children’s treatments. Dr. Faszilah is, without a doubt, the best doctor ever.

My daughter recently spent two nights at Jungle Ward and want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care and hospitality I received. From the moment I was admitted until discharge, the entire staff – doctors, nurses, and support team – went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Kudos to Nurse Izzati who welcome and great me well. The nursing staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and patient, always checking in with a smile and responding promptly to any concerns. Dr Fadzilla explained everything clearly and made sure I felt informed and reassured throughout the stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed to feel at ease during recovery. Only the food i think need to slightly improve. One more thing, the initial delay in getting the room.

Our son, was admitted for 4 days due to RSV. Throughout his stay, he was under the care of Dr. Fadilah. We truly appreciate how detailed and thorough she was in her explanation, ensuring that we as parents fully understood our son’s condition, treatment plan, and recovery process.
