Special Shoutout Doctor Akmal Hisyam Arsyad – Very friendly and warm. His explanations are clear and easy to understand, and he communicates in a gentle and respectful manner that makes patients feel comfortable. Doctor Norleen Mohd Salleh – Very motherly and caring. Her explanations are excellent, and I truly appreciate that she took the time to check on me a day before my laparoscopy. It meant a lot and made me feel well cared for.

We came unprepared and without any prior booking, but the entire process was surprisingly smooth. Due to an emergency, we initially elected for a caesarean section, but the encouragement and reassurance from Dr. Norleen and Nurse Aisyah truly inspired me and gave me the confidence to proceed with a normal delivery. Everything happened so fast and calmly—within less than an hour, we welcomed our baby boy into the world. We are deeply grateful to all the doctors and nurses who took such great care of us. I have always been satisfied with Avisena WCH, I have delivered all my 3 kids with Dr Norleen, the most gentle, and caring Obgyn I have ever met. Since then any OB/Gyn issues I would sort here for treatment and care. Even when my kids are not well, they are our go to hospital - despite being a bit far from where we are staying because it’s worth it. The experiences from ED, to the ward, pharmacy, and admission&billing, they’re all pleasant. Keep up the good work Avisena WCH! 🥰
