Dr Usoff is very gentle and soft, explanation is very good for my in law doing the surgery. Boff Farah at level 1 and thaneswary at 9B is very patient to explain the insurance part to patient. Thank you all the staff at OT and 9 B for taking care the patient.

From the beginning, she made me feel at ease and less anxious with how clearly and patiently she explained everything. She’s gentle, understanding, and easy to talk to. Dr Farah Leong and Dr Lee Mei ling did an amazing job during my delivery for my twins , the entire NICU nurses were also very caring and efficient , I can’t even begin to praise how well of a job they did for my premature babies , the care and efficiency were just astoundingly good from all the nurses and both Doctors , Dr Farah and Dr Lee were incredibly prompt in decision making , that my babies were delivered safely and healthily , service and care were just top notch and I can’t even thank them enough .

I'm dealing with Dr Farah (O&G) for my TTC, pregnancy and delivery, Dr Melanie (Paed) for my baby, Dr Nurul Yaqeen for prolonged cough, Dr Juani (ENT) for prolonged flu, Dr Tee Teong Jin (Gastro) and Dr Johann (Surgeon) for my gallbladder issues. This is a preferred private hospital for my family. The clinics, wards and emergency are all efficient and professional. Just need improvement on the elevator at Tower B.
