Dr. Raffael is a very kind and dedicated Orthopaedic Consultant. He takes time to listen, explains everything clearly, and provides outstanding care. Truly grateful for his expertise and compassion.

Entered ward 21/4.23/4 surgery to insert leg iron. Thank you to the staff who came to the house with the ambulance, Dr. Rafael, operating room staff, anesthesiologist (forgot name) and nurse/staff in Intan B's room, the service was the best. The room and food were ok, but there was only one thing. It's a pity for tall people like me. The toilet is too low. It makes me cry when tall people with broken legs want to sit down to pee😅

one thing that I don't think is good is the service from KMC, the process to get into the ward is very long.. I have to wait from 11 am to 8 pm to get a room.. but praise must be given to doctor Raffael.. really the best.. I like the doctor's service.. thank you Dr. Raffael..
