I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Ooi ( General Surgeon), who performed surgery on my mum. He is not only an exceptional surgeon but also one of the most down-to-earth and genuine person. He explained everything clearly, treated Mum with dignity and respect and ensured we felt supported through every step of the journey. Thanks to his skill and dedication, my mum’s operation went smoothly and her recovery has been progressing wonderfully. I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank u to the amazing nurses on Ward 305. Their kindness, patience and attentive care made an incredible difference to Mum’s comfort and recovery. They treated her with dignity, warmth and genuine compassion. Thank you, Dr. Ooi and the wonderful team on Ward 305, for the exceptional care and humanity you showed our mum.

Treatment under Dr Ooi Boon keat. Very friendly and always giving details of treatment to me. Public holidays also come back hospital to help me for dressing treatment. All the staff and very helpful with smile on their face when approach them. Very nice and clean place. Recommend to all.
