I was admitted to this hospital for the first time due to gastritis, arriving through the emergency department. From the very beginning, everything was handled with remarkable efficiency and care. The doctor and nurses on duty that night were incredibly prompt, attentive, and professional. What truly stood out was how clean, well-organised, and comfortable the environment was—it gave me a sense of calm despite being unwell. He is not only an exceptional surgeon but also one of the most down-to-earth and genuine person. He explained everything clearly, treated Mum with dignity and respect and ensured we felt supported through every step of the journey. Thanks to his skill and dedication, my mum’s operation went smoothly and her recovery has been progressing wonderfully. Treatment under Dr Ooi Boon keat. Very friendly and always giving details of treatment to me. Public holidays also come back hospital to help me for dressing treatment. All the staff and very helpful with smile on their face when approach them. Very nice and clean place. Recommend to all.
