Went there while having severe headache, got into the emergency room and the nurses are very attentive and registration process is smooth. Got admitted to overnight and was attended by Dr Wong, overall he is very patient in explaining what could be the cause and what are the medicine that would help. Overall the place is also very clean and we'll kept, staff are very friendly and very patient. Would definitely recommend this place for people who would like to have a hospital visit in the future

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Wong Jun Yet and Dr. Joe from Sg Long Hospital for the care and support they provided to my mother-in-law. Dr. Joe was the first to attend to her after she had a fall in her room, which resulted in a fractured hand. He responded quickly, explained her condition clearly, and handled everything with great care and professionalism. His gentle and calm approach helped to ease our family’s worries at that time. Following that, Dr. Wong Jun Yet treated my mother-in-law when she was diagnosed with urosepsis. He also diagnosed her with dementia and kindly explained to us that her condition would likely continue to worsen. Dr. Wong took the time to offer us detailed advice and guidance on how to care for her, both medically and emotionally. His empathy, patience, and willingness to support us during such a difficult time meant a great deal to our entire family. Dr. Wong's compassionate and thoughtful approach gave us reassurance and clarity, helping us to better understand her condition and prepare ourselves emotionally. My mother-in-law passed away peacefully last month. Although it was an incredibly painful time for our family but we are truly grateful for the dedication and humanity shown by both Dr. Wong and Dr. Joe.
