Been here twice for wife's delivery. Great experience both times. Second time here stayed for 2 nights. Wife had a pleasant stay here. As for the husband, service was great. Midwife was very helpful. Location was gooodd - easy to find food nearby, not far like other hospitals you need to go down to the parking, so far to find food, hospital restaurant is so expensive, etc etc. The doctor (Dr Wan Elly) was veryyyyyyy veryy helpful and make it easy to understand since checkups days. She even explained about the costings which was very good to hear. Room was adequate - the first time we stayed at the executive room, second we stay in single room plus 1 extra bed - prefer the latter, can sleep better. Post-delivery was also smooth - the nurse prepared everything for JPN registration. I usually dont post longer than 2 sentences but today's an exception because I'm happy with the service.

My wife, Puan Hani Diyana and I had a great experience in Umra and we would like to thank all the doctors ( Dr Rafi, Dr Karamjit, Dr Shamarini, Dr Geetha, Dr Wan Elly and Dr Ummul) , the nurses, and staffs during our treatment before and after birth especially who treated and supported my wife at the OT room, at the ward ( Bed No 13), during BP monitoring and the nurse that helped me with the wound dressing . Our apology we couldn't recall all the names. But we really appreciate your support and warm hospitality ♥️

Twice gave birth at Umra Hospital with Dr Wan Elly.. Doctors & nurses all tip top service.. very good service.. every explanation is clear.. very helpful.. Experience: 1st time gave birth during the MCO season, booked a 1 bed room, got privacy & husband can stay in the room.. 2nd time, booked a 3-4 bedded room, still husband & visitors can come anytime until 10pm.. this 3 bed room, aircon didn't feel very good because the aircon was behind the curtains.. that night was hot, sweaty.. next door neighbors had 3 male visitors who didn't come back until 11.45pm.. sad at that time, it was uncomfortable to sleep, couldn't open the curtains & hijab because there were still men in the room.. just be patient.. **Package does not include food.. you have to pay RM40 for 3 meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner).. you just gave birth, maybe the nurse forgot to I know.. no problem.. Overall there are good and bad..

Good hospitality.. Fast and good response from all staff.. Doctor Elly and doctor Rafi very good knowledge recommended to come here.. 2nd baby was born here too 🎊🎉🎉🤲🏻 …
