Dr. Cheah at the pediatrics department is really gentle and patient with kids. He explains everything clearly and checks thoroughly. His consultation room is super child-friendly, full of colorful toys and plushies, so kids don’t feel scared to see the doctor. After the visit, they even get a lollipop and a sticker! The other staff are also polite and friendly. I always prefer coming to this hospital, it just feels different, warm and welcoming, not like the usual stressful hospital vibe.

Faster treatment given..Dr. Cheah very communicative..he explained very well on what happened..what treatment he will give..all the nurses at 13th floor also very responsive..overall I'm very satisfied..

Dr Chiah is such a wonderful pediatric doctor and the level 13 pediatric nurses are all warm hearted. They took care of my son very well with great hospitality being given. The cleanliness and room facilities also well maintained.
