5/5 Star - Dr Raffiz clinic and his staff nurses services and treatment is top notch. Dr Raffiz is very good in explaining the disease and offerings excellent care during and after procedure. 1/5 star - For ED staff and admission, let me stranded in ED for 8 hours without attending for pain killers, iv drip or even meals and not even asking me what is my pain score. Admission team refuse to admit me despite having bed available and still asking me for deposit even when they dont have the appropriate room for my room and board. It is the duty of the hospital to admit urgent case, instead they are trying to milk for more money when i in pain. Horrendous service!

I have been to this hospital twice. One for surgery (Dr. Azhar Anis) and another one recently for my cervical spine treatment (Dr. Raffiz Ali) and echocardio (Dr. Firdaus Hadi). All I can say that they are all professionals in their fields with consultation and post treatment consultation as well. Process of admission was great (provided that you are ready with complete document), in-patient service was extraordinary. The forte of this hospital is its CS with affordable fees (for private hospital). I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to all nurses, staff, my two personal physio therapists (Serene and Regu) and everyone who involved with me directly during my stay in this hospital. Keep up a good work! I definitely refuse to be in hospital back again but I hope we can cross each paths again in different setting. Be blessed, everyone!

Praise be to God. I successfully underwent surgery with Dr. Raffiz. Throughout my experience at Avisena, everything was made easy, praise be to God. From registration to pharmacy issues, admission, and discharge, everything was fast. The price was also very reasonable when compared to Sunway Medical and HUKM Specialist for the same treatment. Thank you so much Dr Mohd Raffiz and team.I had my 3 cervical disc removed on 21/1/21 Alhamdulilah ..I feel very much better, having gain my strength and balance. Climbing the staircase, now is no more a struggle .. After a successful kidney stone removed by Dr Khaidhir , I and family will only seek medical treatment at Avisena.
