Good service. Billing was quite slow. Dr. Jumeah is the best doctor, highly recommended 👍🏼.

I started receiving treatment at the emergency department. The waiting time was normal, neither too fast nor too slow. Then I was taken to the labor room to rest after receiving medication in the emergency room (felt like a princess with a nurse pushing me in a wheelchair, and they didn't allow us to go to the subsequent stations alone). The wait to be admitted to the ward was a bit long, but it was okay because I wasn't waiting on a chair, but in the labor room. The nurses in the labor room were very informative. When it was time to go to the ward, there was a slight misinformation; they said there was a bed 0, but it wasn't there yet. However, it was fortunate that I got a single-bedded room, and I received a discount on the bill because I requested two beds. The overnight treatment in the ward was also okay. Dr. Jumeah was also good; when she entered the room to check on my health, it wasn't just a 5-second check ❤️. The doctor thoroughly checked the area that was causing me pain and provided information. The nurses weren't harsh or grumpy. They are the type to knock before entering 👍🏻🫶🏻. The staff who delivered food and cleaned the room were also very polite! They would knock and ask if they could enter before coming in. Thank you to all the staff who took care of me during my stay. Been going here for a year and a half for gynaecology appointments. Dr Jumeah is very kind and attentive towards my conditions. Staffs are friendly and kind. Great hospitality ☺️☺️☺️
