Doctor chiam Keng Hong clinic service is good and friendly

Recently encounter very poor response from Doctor Chiam treating my daughter who was admitted to Pantai Hospital despite she was having high fever but still no response from this doctor and finally the matter was referred to Dr. Don Singh who was very helpful, understanding and willing to help us solve our grievances with immediate action and finally able to see Dr. Darren who is very professional in treating my daughter until discharged from hospital.

Satisfy Service Joejia during discharge. Expaine to me whatever I ask. Doctor Chiam KH & Low KJ and nurses service also good.

Had my OGDS done under Dr Chiam. I must say I am very impressed!! From the consultation, admissions counter during registration to the usg room, to the daycare for scope… I felt incredibly well taken care of. The staffs were all so friendly and caring. They pay attention to the smallest of details in ensuring their patients safety and comfort. The procedure itself was comfortable, painless and I was assured that I was in the best of hands. Huge thank you again to everyone in Pantai Hospital!! I even got a goody bag for a daycare procedure!!
