⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Heartfelt Appreciation for Dato’ Dr. Rafi, Dr. Karamjit & the Amazing Team My wife was admitted on 21 November 2025 for induction at 38 weeks due to our baby being larger than her previous pregnancies. We were initially very anxious, especially when the first induction showed little progress. On 22 November, after more than 10 hours with no improvement in contractions or baby movement, Dr. Karamjit calmly guided us through the next steps and administered the second dose early in the morning. She worked closely with nurse/midwife Mdm Rosell, who spent time helping my wife with exercises that significantly improved her condition—from no dilation to 2 cm. Their patience and encouragement gave us hope during a very stressful moment. Later that morning, we met Dato’ Dr. Rafi, who reviewed my wife's condition thoroughly. With the concern of the umbilical cord being around the baby’s neck, he advised close monitoring and explained clearly the plan if labour did not progress by the next morning. His professionalism and honesty reassured us even though we were worried about the possibility of a C-section. By 3am the next day, we were ready to accept that surgery might be needed—but Dr. Karamjit came again to check personally and offered a third attempt at induction. Her dedication to giving us every possible chance for a normal delivery was truly remarkable. Later that morning, she brought my wife to the labour room, performed the necessary procedures, and helped her progress to 5 cm. When Dato’ Dr. Rafi arrived to review again, he carefully assessed the baby’s safety and gave the green light to proceed. With great skill, teamwork, and constant reassurance, Dr. Karamjit and her team helped my wife deliver our baby safely and naturally. We are deeply grateful for: The professionalism and expertise of both Dato’ Dr. Rafi and Dr. Karamjit The continuous monitoring and clear communication that helped us understand each step The patience, empathy, and commitment shown by Mdm Rosell and the entire nursing team The determination of everyone involved to help my wife achieve a normal delivery safely It was an emotional and challenging journey, but thanks to their dedication, care, and teamwork, our baby was delivered safely. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. Highly recommended team—truly exceptional doctors and nurses who treat their patients with both skill and heart.

My wife, Puan Hani Diyana and I had a great experience in Umra and we would like to thank all the doctors ( Dr Rafi, Dr Karamjit, Dr Shamarini, Dr Geetha, Dr Wan Elly and Dr Ummul) , the nurses, and staffs during our treatment before and after birth especially who treated and supported my wife at the OT room, at the ward ( Bed No 13), during BP monitoring and the nurse that helped me with the wound dressing . Our apology we couldn't recall all the names. But we really appreciate your support and warm hospitality ♥️

Alhamdulillah, good service by Dr & nurse, especially Dr Karamjit & Nurse Rosell. The hospital is comfortable & quiet for giving birth. Only for the monthly checkup, had to wait a little while.

The services all good,the doc is awesome and super nice especially my fav Dr Karamjit. All my 3 sons were born here. The nurses all also very nice and friendly and always share tips and guidance. Highly recommeneded!
