Dear *Dr Diong Kok Wah* and *KPJ Puteri* *Hospital Team,* I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to your hospital for the excellent care provided to my husband, Mr Teo, during his recent stay. After being diagnosed with pneumonia and referred by our clinic doctor, we came to KPJ Puteri Hospital on January 14th, 2025. Thanks to the prompt and professional treatment, he was well enough to be discharged by January 16th, 2025. I would especially like to thank all the nurses for their expertise and dedication, as well as the cleaning staff for their meticulous care and efforts during my husband's stay. Great service by A&E department, very courteous and humble..unlike many other A&E.
