Just a few days ago, I had consultations with two doctors here, Dr. Tan Kenny and an ENT doctor. The system opens for new patient registration (taking a queue number) at 7 AM, and registration begins at 8 AM. This is a good system, allowing us to go for breakfast first. The team of doctors and nurses were also very friendly. I asked them about the queue as it was my first time visiting this hospital. They answered very kindly. I am very satisfied with this hospital.

In early October 2024, I received treatment from Dr. Tan Kenny. His communication was good, and he explained things well. His Malay was understandable to Indonesian listeners. The hospital's service in general was good, better than other hospitals we have visited in Penang. Lab results that took time were emailed, and the doctor provided notes.
