The surgeon Dr. Nicholas Soong was very patient in explaining the procedure & post-surgery care step by step, which gave my mum confidence & reassurance during the process. The hospital staff were also highly professional and supportive, especially to Ms Venice Ng, who responded promptly and attentively to all the concerns we raised. Highly recommend this hospital, the TCM staff, especially Venice, were prompt, friendly, and very helpful during my mother's treatment at UCSI Negeri Sembilan.
