This is my 1st visit and admission after being recommended by my friends back home in indonesia. They were a patient too and spoke highly about this good hospital. Hence i am glad for making the right choice as its the best cancer hospital in town. Im truly humbled to have been under the care of Dato Dr Dev Anand he is simply a fatherly figure with lots of compassion. Nurses at Tulip ward are not only friendly but highly skilled. So if you are seeking for a family oriented services and care please do visit this good Hospital. 🥰😘🤩

I would like to express my sincerest thank yous to all staff and clinical team of Beacon especially those attending to my mum in the Lily Ward. Dr Koon, in charge of mum’s pain management, Dr Toh, in charge of mum’s care for the past 3 years and his wonderful assistants Miss Chua and Miss Siew, Dr Dev, the nurses, Dr Betty, Kanmani lab assistant, Radiology unit Emanuella and Bavani, Loges from Accounts, the pharmaceutical team and the security guard Haraknan. Dr Koon who has been so careful and delicate to mum and takes time without looking at anything else and has that personal touch with comfort and kindness. These doctors are beyond-par. We have been hopping from one hospital to another, seen more than 8 oncologists from Malaysia to Australia to India to hong kong but none had his touch. Dr Toh is a person who has the gift of the gap, he thinks very carefully before prescribing meds to mum. He always focuses on what mum says and listens to her. He has such great passion, believes, and a man with a few words but lots of knowledge. Dr dev has done 3 operations on my mum. He is a great man. Very keen on details and comprehensive explanation on her surgery. Wise is the word to go. Miss Chua and Miss Siew has been so helpful and always keeps us updated on mum and has been giving mum support all these years, kudos to them. The customer care person during mums admission, Krishan, was such a lovely person. She is so soft-spoken and her smile can cure a person of all pain and agony. Her hospitality was beyond comparison. Rani, Dr Dev’s assistant who always motivates my mum and keeps her company is always willing to listen to her vent out her emotions. When mum was in the ward, the person in charge of mums meals was such a nice person. It was a Chinese lady, I am not sure of her name but she is very accomodating and prepared food as mum requested. Where in the world can we find such fine service in hospitals in Malaysia? Lastly, Ibu Deborah always gives comforting words and prays for mum at the ward. Every staff I met in the past 3 weeks have been nothing short of amazing going beyond their comfort zone to ensure our needs are met. It has been a very rough patch for us and the team at beacon has made it a little bit easier to endure and face the situation with their friendly professionalism, wholesome work ethics, conscientiousness, competence, and knowledge. Knowing exactly what we are up against and knowing that our mum is a very capable hand made it easier for us and gave us a feeling of security and hope. The team gave us the confidence that we are giving her the very best. Mum was under a lot of pain and sometimes projected it towards the staff but they took it like champs! They never once frowned or showed face. They always served and tended to her needs with a smile. They were super gentle and treated mum with dignity. The highlight of the whole ordeal was when Mdm Mary the founder of Beacon also dropped in to pray for mum. This touched us and we would like to thank you for that from the bottom of our hearts. I only have one suggestion to the management, perhaps you can do something about the name tags, it was not visible and I could not mention many of the staff nurses that were helpful as I couldn’t see their tags well. However, this is from the bottom of my heart, the whole team did a wonderful job! We will forever cherish the service received from all the doctors and the staff team of Ward Lily, Beacon. Everyone in this hospital is just happy. Everyone is full of energy and this boils down to great management and boss. I looked for the best for mum and beacon was my last choice after going to all the famous ones in Malaysia. It is a shame if this hospital is not seen by people as it is in an industrial area. It should be rated as 7-star premium for the kindness, service, etc. Once again, Thank You Beacon.
