I must express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Teoh Mei Shi for discovering and personally performing the surgery to remove my lump. Thank you for your kindness, warmth, and friendly care! Im also sincerely thankful to the anesthesiologist who comforted me before the operation. A huge thank-you as well to the amazing nurses who supported me, encouraged me with their smiles, n helped me through a time of confusion and fear about my condition. It was a beautiful experience—one I never wish to go through again, but will never forget for the rest of my life!

I just accompanied my sister to see Dr Teoh Mei Shi. My sister had an ultrasound in a GP clinic and got referred to Dr Teoh. Inside the clinic, Dr Teoh explained everything very well about the symptoms my sister was experiencing. I am grateful that everything is fine, and my sister needs to follow up every year and repeat the ultrasound. The service was the best from Dr Teoh and his nurse, but the waiting time was a bit ridiculous. I had to wait almost 6 hours just to see Dr Teoh. While waiting for 6 hours, I see a lot of Indonesians who are also seeing Dr Teoh being so rude and yelling to the nurses and the reception. Feeling very entitled about coming from far and needing to wait longer and deserving of privileges or special treatment. Overall, my sister is doing great, thank God, and kudos to Dr Teoh and her nurse.

She serves with genuine compassion, patience, and responsibility — far beyond what we expected. Sister Chew consistently treated us with kindness, never hesitating to help, and she even refused to accept any form of tips or gifts, showing her integrity and true professionalism. It is rare to meet a nurse who works with such pure commitment and love for her patients. She truly deserves five stars and the highest recognition from Loh Guan Lye Hospital. Thank you, Sister Chew, for your heartfelt service. You made a difficult time so much easier for us.

The hospital service is good, served well by doctor Teoh Mei Shi and staff. The price is relatively much cheaper compared to treatment at hospitals in Jakarta. Accurate disease analysis, good and effective action directions. Not business oriented. Advice for patients who will use the insurance claim process, make sure at the beginning what supporting documents are required by the insurance company, since when the transaction process is complete, the cashier will not help you.
